Real SAF Quadro wood-fired oven with an added rack and three cooking levels

The AISI 304 stainless-steel cooking chamber has two cordierite–mullite cooking shelves. The upper shelf is removable when a dish needs more vertical space.

On request, one or two additional cooking levels with chrome-plated steel racks can be fitted, giving a total of three or four cooking levels.

The oven can also be supplied with four swivel castors on request, making it easier to move.

The glazed door lets you check food as it cooks. The thermometer is fitted to the cooking-chamber door.
